For over 30 years, Watson Family Farm has been dedicated to raising and supplying quality young calves to a wide range of buyers.
Founded in 1991 with a clear purpose, our operation was established to rear 4-day-old calves through to 3–4 months of age—fully weaned, healthy, and ready for life on pasture.
What began as a modest 40-acre farm rearing just 100 calves has grown into a large-scale operation spanning 460 acre, now raising 15,000 calves each year. Our story reflects decades of commitment, steady growth, and a strong focus on producing quality livestock.
Unlike many calf-rearing businesses, we benefit from extensive land resources that allow calves to transition onto pasture from an early age. This approach supports strong development, resilience, and optimal weight gains, ensuring our calves are well prepared for the next stage of their journey.
We offer a large selection of breeds
Angus Bottle Calves
Calves are 2-5 weeks old, had enough colostrum and doing well on the bottle. No health issues
Angus weaned calves.
Calves are 3-5 months old. Eating grass and grain and up to date on shots
Brown Swiss bottle calves
Brown Swiss bottle calves. 2-5 weeks old. All had colostrum and doing well on bottle.
Brahma bottle calves.
Calves are 2-5 weeks old, had enough colostrum and doing well on the bottle. No health issues
